We provide following for Ship Owners:
  1. Adequate and properly qualified Crew for the Vessel as required by the Owners, provision of which includes but is not limited to the following functions:
    • employment of Master, officers and crew (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Crew") of the Vessel;
    • arrangement of transportation of the Crew, including repatriation;
    • training of the Crew;
    • supervision of the efficiency of the Crew and administration of all other crew matters such as planning for the manning of the Vessel;
    • payroll arrangement;
    • arrangement and administration of pensions and Crew insurance;
    • discipline and union negotiations;
    • enforcement of appropriate standing orders.

  2. Technical management which includes, but is not limited to the following functions:
    • provision of competent personnel to supervise the maintenance and general efficiency of the Vessel;
    • arrangement and supervision of drydockings, repairs, alterations and the upkeep of the Vessel to the standards required by the Owners provided that the we entitle to incur the necessary expenditure to ensure that the Vessel will comply with all requirement and recommendations of the classification society, and with the laws and regulations of the country of registry of the Vessel and of the places where she trades;
    • arrangement of the supply of necessary stores, spares and lubricating oil;
    • appointment of surveyors and technical consultants as the Managers may consider from time to time to be necessary.

  3. Freight management which includes but is not limited to the following functions:
    • provision of voyage estimates and accounts and calculation of hire and freights and/or demurrage and despatch moneys due from or due to the Charterers of the Vessel if required by the Owners;
    • arrangement of the proper payment to Owners of all hire and/or freight revenues or other moneys of whatsoever kind to which Owners may be entitled arising out of the employment of or otherwise in connection with the Vessel.

  4. Chartering services in accordance with the Owners' instructions which includes but is not limited to:
    • seeking and negotiating employment for the Vessel;
    • conclusion (including the execution thereof) of charter parties or other contracts relating to the employment of the Vessel.

  5. Sale or purchase of the Vessel in accordance with the Owners' instructions.

  6. Operation of the Vessel, as required by the Owners, which includes but is not limited to the following functions:
    • issue of voyage instructions;
    • appointment of agents;
    • appointment of stevedores;
    • arrangement of the surveying of cargoes.
